Exhibitors’ Registrations for Fall Conference
The 2017 OMACCS Annual Meeting & Faculty and Career Services Workshop will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North, 6500 Doubletree Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. This conference is designed for career college and school faculty members, career service personnel and administrators, We would like to extend an invitation to you to exhibit at this workshop.
The exhibits should be set up by 7:30 AM Friday, October 27, 2017. If you wish to set up the night before (Thursday, October 26th), you may do so from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, or you can set up between 7:00 AM & 7:30 AM on Friday. Tear down will commence at 4:00 PM.
Those exhibitors who wish to send materials directly to the hotel should address them to:
Crowne Plaza Columbus North, 6500 Doubletree Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43229, 614-885- 1885. Materials should not arrive more than three days prior to event. Please note, EACH BOX should also be marked: OMACCS Workshop, October 20, 2017, (Also include number of items; i.e., 1 of 2, etc.)
About two weeks before the workshop, OMACCS will send an email restating the above information and request your approval for contact information in our workshop program.
